Family business since 2003. We have grown from one villa to sixteen, always the same idea: this place deserves a first-class home.
Our story
Three locations, twenty years.
In 2003 we built the first villas in the village of Oravi. Not from a business plan, but from a desire to share something we had found ourselves: the silence, the island nature, and that feeling of drinking your morning coffee at the end of a dock while a Saimaa ringed seal drifts past.
In 2010 Kartano was born, two manor villas right on the shores of Lake Haukivesi. In 2013 came Tallusniemi: at the tip of a peninsula where the road ends, surrounded on all sides by Saimaa.
Today we look after 16 villas. Built carefully, kept in order, not because it is work, but because this place deserves it.

We don't rent apartments, we look after homes. Every villa is checked personally before you arrive.

All our services grow together with local entrepreneurs. The shopkeeper, the fisherman, the guides, they are the soul of this place.
Nature is the reason to come
Saimaa is one of Europe's largest lakes and the ringed seal swims beneath our waters. We build so that doesn't change.

Oravi is a small village beside Linnansaari National Park. A grocery store, restaurant, rental shop and guest marina are all within walking distance. Two national parks, crystal-clear Saimaa and the seals, all from your door.
